A useful fit

For businesses that need an accountable IT partner

Aegis supports organizations that depend on their technology but do not want to coordinate every device, application and vendor themselves. Start with the people, sites and systems your business needs to keep working.

What we can help manage

An agreed managed-services scope can bring endpoint maintenance, network oversight, user support and technology planning together. We identify the assets and services covered, how requests enter the help desk and which work needs separate approval. Monitoring is not the same as a promise of a staffed, around-the-clock help desk.

Recurring interruptions

Repeated slowdowns, unreliable Wi-Fi and recurring tickets need a documented investigation. We connect the symptoms with the affected device, service and business impact before recommending a change.

Unclear responsibilities

When an application vendor, internet provider and IT team all touch the same problem, someone needs to coordinate the evidence and next action. We clarify ownership and vendor boundaries at the start.

Aging infrastructure

Maintenance and replacement decisions should reflect supportability, business dependency and risk. A practical roadmap helps distinguish immediate issues from work that can be scheduled.

From first conversation to follow-through

Know how the work moves forward.

  1. 01

Understand the environment, current support arrangement, critical workflows and open issues.

  2. 02

Agree the covered systems, access requirements, service responsibilities and escalation path.

  3. 03

Coordinate onboarding, document the working baseline and prioritize the first improvements.

  4. 04

Record requests and actions in Atera, verify reported outcomes and review recurring issues.

Scope, access and approval

Projects, major migrations, new locations and specialist vendor work may require a separate scope. Your team provides an authorized contact, approved access and decisions about downtime or material changes. Remote checks often come first; onsite work, response commitments and travel are agreed for the engagement.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

Can we change IT providers without starting over?

We start by identifying administrative ownership, access, backups, system dependencies and outstanding work. A transition plan is agreed before transferring responsibilities.

Does managed IT include everything?

No single scope fits every environment. Covered assets, support hours, exclusions, projects and third-party responsibilities are stated in the agreement.

What does a useful support record include?

The reported problem, business impact, actions attempted, observed results, approvals and the next owner. A suggested action is not recorded as an executed repair.
