A useful fit

For teams losing time to everyday technology problems

Aegis starts with what the employee is experiencing and which work is blocked. Device, account, network and application symptoms can overlap; useful support preserves those observations and makes the next step clear.

What we can help manage

The agreed support scope can cover managed workstations, approved applications, Microsoft 365 accounts, peripherals and connectivity. We distinguish a user issue from a shared outage, and coordinate technical escalation or vendor handoff when evidence points beyond the initial support boundary.

The same issue keeps returning

Record when it happens, who is affected and what earlier attempts changed. Repeating an unsuccessful step without a reason adds effort without improving the evidence.

Account and file-access friction

Joining, changing roles and leaving the business all affect access. We coordinate authorized requests with the person responsible for approval and the systems involved.

A problem crossing vendor boundaries

The application provider, internet carrier and IT team may each own part of the path. We preserve errors, attempted steps and results so the next specialist has a useful starting point.

From first conversation to follow-through

Know how the work moves forward.

  1. 01

Capture the problem, affected user or device, start time, changes and work blocked.

  2. 02

Check relevant context and ask only the follow-up questions needed for the next action.

  3. 03

Record actions attempted and observed results; obtain approvals or escalate when required.

  4. 04

Verify the reported outcome, document unresolved items and follow the agreed closeout process.

Scope, access and approval

Support hours, covered users and applications, onsite visits and response commitments follow the service agreement. A symptom improving is not automatic proof of a permanent repair. Do not send passwords, MFA codes or remote-access credentials through a public form. Existing customers should use Client Support for service requests.

Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

What information helps with a support request?

What is not working, when it started, what changed, who is affected and what has already been tried. Exact errors help; avoid sensitive data and credentials.

Can every issue be resolved remotely?

No. Some device, cabling or physical network work needs hands-on access. We clarify the need and coordinate onsite work within the agreed scope.

What happens if another vendor needs to act?

We document relevant observations and ownership, coordinate the handoff within scope and keep unresolved questions visible.
